Mr. Marsov is a Project Engineer for Rock Creek Property Group and works in the development and construction departments assisting Rock Creek’s senior executives oversee and manage a diverse set of projects across the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. His oversight work includes a wide range of activities including base building infrastructure, new construction and interior buildouts.

Mr. Marsov previously worked for a commercial sub-contractor where he was responsible for estimating approximately $50 million worth of construction projects. Mr. Marsov received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland A. James Clark School of Engineering.
