Rock Creek acquires and develops property in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. In addition to direct acquisitions, a large part of our business includes joint ventures with local and regional partners where our capital, expertise, skill-sets, and other resources can be assets to the project. We are equally comfortable acquiring fully occupied properties, buildings that are entirely vacant, ground-up opportunities, or assets in need of significant investment and repositioning.

- Core, emerging markets, suburban and urban locations
- Office, retail, multifamily and industrial
- Core-plus, value-add, opportunistic, ground-up and unentitled
- Joint ventures, notes, fractional partnership interests, repositioning and change of use
- Multi-tenant or single user
- Short and long term holding periods
