Richard Lane
Principal
Mr. Lane is both a Principal of Rock Creek Property Group and an owner of West, Lane & Schlager. He is actively involved in structuring the strategic direction of the firm and is a liaison with many of its investors and equity sources.
Prior to forming West, Lane & Schlager in 1996, Mr. Lane served as Vice President of Grubb & Ellis, a national commercial real estate services provider.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in 1985 and has completed graduate level work at American University.
