Mrs. Brown is a real estate investment professional with experience across acquisitions, capital markets, and institutional advisory. As a Senior Asset Manager at Rock Creek Property Group, she is responsible for overseeing asset-level business plan execution, driving value creation initiatives, and supporting the operational and financial performance of a diversified portfolio.

Mrs. Brown is actively involved throughout the asset lifecycle, including due diligence, asset onboarding, operational oversight, tenant engagement, and positioning assets for a successful disposition. She brings a strong background in acquisitions and capital markets, with experience sourcing investment opportunities, underwriting transactions, and executing complex portfolio strategies across multiple asset classes, including office, healthcare, retail, and student housing.

Prior to joining Rock Creek Property Group, Mrs. Brown served as Vice President of Acquisitions at a net lease real estate investment firm, where she was responsible for sourcing and advancing large-scale portfolio transactions within the healthcare and higher education sectors. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Brown was an Investment Sales Associate at Eastdil Secured, where she participated in the execution of approximately $2 billion of single-asset and portfolio transactions within the office sector. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in investment sales, advisory, and research.

Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture, where she majored in Urban and Environmental Planning and minored in Global Sustainability.
