Glendale Plaza is a Class B retail center located in the Dale City submarket of VA which is thirty miles south of Washington DC and two miles west of the Potomac Mills Mall and I-95. The property is located at the intersection of the busy Minnieville Road and Dale Boulevard featuring an average daily traffic count of 43,000 vehicles per day. The center is comprised of 97,000 square feet of essential neighborhood-serving retail and ancillary office space and is anchored by CVS and Ace Hardware. The property also features other credit tenants such as National Tire and Battery and AMF Bowling.

The center will be repositioned with façade enhancements, new tenant signage and a parking lot and lighting refresh. Improvements are expected to begin mid-year 2024 and will further contribute to the revitalization of the important Dale City commercial corridor.

Glendale Plaza was acquired in a portfolio of four shopping centers consisting of 480,000 square feet on 70 acres.
