This three-building biotech portfolio is located just off I-270, one of the largest life science corridors in the country. Originally constructed as office and flex space, Rock Creek completed a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2023 to change the use and transform the campus into a state-of-art life science facility including wet labs, R&D, cGMP and supporting office space. Renovation work included the construction of spec lab suites ranging from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet plus a new building lobby, restrooms, common areas, exterior signage, and outdoor amenity spaces.

Unique features of the property include 15-20 foot clear ceiling heights, specialized mechanical systems with 100% fresh air exchange, upgraded utility services, back-up generators, multiple loading docks with ample space for 53-foot tractor trailers and 30-40 foot column spacing.
