The Oliver

The Oliver is a Class A, mixed-use development located at the northern gateway to Howard University. Designed by GTM Architects, this first-class property features 93 residential apartment units and 41,000 square feet of office space. Howard University’s Department of Alumni Relations and Office of Communications occupies the entirety of the commercial component of the property spanning three contiguous floors.

The apartments are designed with a post-COVID “work-from-home” mindset, featuring built-in desks in each residence. In addition, community spaces include a conference room, huddle rooms, work nooks, banquette seating in the lobby, and high-speed gig-E internet throughout. The lobby welcomes residents with its soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling display case, and coworking tables.
